This mod is inspired by the South Central Florencia 13 in Los Angeles, California. Specifically, the Asesinos, Bagos and Gangsters cliques. The mod covers the upper portion of Davis. In a neighborhood that sits between Davis Avenue and Roy Lowenstein Boulevard. With Carson Ave bordering it’s south and Macdonald St bordering it’s North.
