This mod is inspired by the Harpys gang in Los Angeles, California. They’re popular known for birthing one of the most iconic gangster rappers, Conejo. This mod covers the top eastern area of South Los Santos. In a neighborhood that sits with Davis Avenue to it’s West, Roy Lowenstein to it’s East and Innocence Boulevard to it’s South.
