Outlaws (Private)

This mod is inspired by the Rollin 20 Outlaws Bloods in Los Angeles, California. The mod covers a large portion of Rancho. It starts from Carson Ave and goes all the way up to Capital Boulevard. This is probably my most vastly spread graffiti pack. The DA BLOOD’Z tag was my most difficult real-life graffiti extract. All I had for that tag was a Instagram video of someone walking closed along the wall. I had to pause frame by frame and take pieces of the hit up to bring into photoshop, then puzzle it all together. I hope you all love this one just as much as I do.
