52 Broadway (Private)

This is actually the first graffiti pack I made for GTA V. Making this one very special. This mod is inspired by the 52 Broadway Gangster Crips in Los Angeles, California. The mod covers a small portion of the Davis area, stretching across Roy Lowenstein and Brouge Avenue. It features an amazing Gremlin mural that’s taken right from 52 Broadway’s real life hood. They associate themselves with the Gremlin characters from the 1984 film Gremlins.
