This mod is inspired by the Pico Locos clique of 18th Street. Rightfully being placed in the setting of Little Seoul. Which is commonly compared to Los Angeles’ Pico Union neighborhood. This graffiti pack took me through a bit of a struggle, but the final result was worth it.
